Return/exchange policy?
We offer free returns within 30 days with a refund (for VIP subscribers only). Please make sure that all original tags are attached, original packaging is intact and there are no signs of usage on the products. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of you receiving the item.

You MAY NOT return something that is unapproved by us regardless of the reason. We need to hear from you first. Non approved returns will be refused.
For non-VIP members, You are responsible for return shipping charges.
We are not responsible for any packages received by us that are damaged in transit, or simply do not make it to our facility. We leave it up to you on which courier to use but we do recommend any company that has a tracking service. We must receive your return within 15 days of issuing your authorization.

When will I receive my refund?
Once your order reaches back to us, it can take up to 5-10 business days for it to be processed.
How do I start the return/exchange process?
Log into your HomeHomey account (create one now if you didn’t create one at checkout) and select “My Orders/Returns”. You’ll be walked through the steps to select the item and generate the labels.
